Tod Mun Goong

Thai prawn cakes made from our recipe of minced tiger prawns blended with green beans, lime leaves, chillies and other spices. Served with a spicy sweet and sour cucumber sauce.

 
Yum Nua Yang

Spicy Thai salad with thin slices of barbeque-grilled beef.

 
Tom Yum Gai

Classic hot and sour chicken soup, served in a traditional pot.

Gaeng Massaman Gae

A popular coconut curry made with peanuts, potatoes and lamb. Long, slow cooking of lamb shanks has given this festival version a wonderful richness.
 
Gai Pat Pong Karee

Slices of chicken breast in a mild, aromatic curried sauce.

 
Priew Wan Goong

Tiger Prawns and vegetables in a delicious ‘home-made’ sweet and sour sauce made from a reduction of tamarind, tomatoes and pineapples.

 
Khao Suey
Steamed Thai fragrant rice.
