Hoy Malang Phu

Thai steamed mussels with lemongrass and fresh herbs

 
Goong Hom Par

Plump tiger prawns in light and crispy wrappers, served with a homemade sweet chilli sauce.

 
Mee Krob

Crispy rice noodles cooked in a sweet and sour sauce,garnished with beansprouts, minced prawns and coriander.

 
Keaw Nam

Thai wonton soup: pork and prawn parcels in a broth flavoured with herbs and coriander root.

 
     

     
     

Gaeng Rendang

Rich and aromatic curry made with beef, slowly cooked in coconut milk and spices.
 
Pat Nomai Farang Si Goong

Stir-fried asparagus with tiger prawns.

 
Phed Shu Shi

Slices of tender duck breast in a spicy sauce made from red curry and coconut milk flavoured with lime leaves and sweet basil.
